CMOS – Recipe for Chipmaking Success

This comprehensive new seminar is based on the CMOS manufacturing process.

The one-day class describes the CMOS process flow in easily understood language. The basic principles underlying the manufacturing technology are
explained and the fabrication steps are described in detail.

Students will learn about the materials and equipment utilized in state-of-the art manufacturing processes including the dual damascene process. Illustrations of the transistors used in CMOS technology clearly communicate the device structures.

The instructors who developed the course are veteran semiconductor engineers with extensive industry training experience. The course is taught at customers’ facilities.

Course will be beneficial for technical persons new to the industry as well as other industry personnel without substantial technical backgrounds who need to know how integrated circuits are manufactured.

The Open Attendance seminar is $495 per participant.
