Syllabus

Course is designed for non-technical professionals who need to know the sequence of integrated circuit manufacturing and how their company’s products and/or services fit into the process.

Instructor

Anne Miller, a former university lecturer, has extensive semiconductor industry experience including processing, marketing, and training. (Anne Miller Bio)

Materials

Seminar is based on Microchip Fabrication – A Practical Guide to Semiconductor Processing by Peter Van Zant, founder of Semiconductor Services. Course is taught with 35mm slides, video tapes, and hands-on materials.

Course Level

Presentation is non-technical with a manufacturing focus and on the level of an introductory level university course. Persons new to the industry or those who have in-depth knowledge of a specialty area will benefit from participating.
