This customized in-house presentation provides a business-related overview of the IC production cycle. Topics include an introduction to device types and their applications, an understanding of the fabrication environment, a survey of support technologies such as mask making, a description of the basic process steps, information on your company’s product(s) and/or service(s) as they relate to your customers - such as yield management and customer criteria for product purchase, and test and assembly.

$8,500 for fifteen participants, and $250 for each additional participant plus instructor travel and lodging expenses if applicable.
